Estimate a quarter before you file it

Put in the quarter's miles and gallons and it runs the same arithmetic the product does — fleet MPG, taxable gallons per jurisdiction, net gallons, surcharges, total.

Everything happens in this browser. No miles, gallons or receipts leave your phone, nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored.

This is an estimate, not a return, and not tax advice. It uses 3Q2026 rates for whichever fuel you pick and applies no interest. It asks for a purchase date only where a jurisdiction's rate moved mid-quarter, takes exempt and trip-permit miles if you have them, and can show the R1220 late-filing penalty on request. Have a qualified tax preparer review any return before you file it.

Step one: the whole quarter

The whole quarter

Every mile and every gallon, including any run outside IFTA jurisdictions. These two numbers set your fleet MPG, and everything below is computed from it.

Step two: where you ran and where you fuelled

Where you ran, and where you fuelled

One row per jurisdiction. Miles run there, and gallons you actually bought there — the two are almost never the same, and the gap is the whole return.

Add at least one jurisdiction to estimate.

Doing this once is fine. Doing it every quarter is the problem

CabPurser is being built so the miles and gallons are already in place when the deadline arrives, instead of being retyped from a shoebox.

Goes to a person, not a drip sequence.
